How it works

From complaint to action

  1. 01

    Make a complaint

Submit a written complaint, with your signature, to any member of the ICC, preferably within 7 days of the incident and not later than 90 days. You can also use the online form or a complaint box.

  2. 02

    It is registered

Every complaint is entered in a register by the designated member. Nothing is shared outside the committee.

  3. 03

    The committee inquires

The ICC meets at least twice a month, depending on the seriousness of the complaint, and looks into it from both sides.

  4. 04

    Report and action

A report of the findings goes to the employer within ten days of completing the inquiry, with recommendations for action. An annual report records all cases and actions taken.

Complaint boxes

Students: ground floor of the 2nd block. Staff: first floor of the same block, in front of the ETC department.

Interim relief

While an inquiry is pending, at the written request of the aggrieved woman the ICC may recommend a transfer, leave of up to three months, or other relief.
