General Grievance Redressal Committee
Grievances and issues of the community not falling under the Women or SC/ST segments: harassment, salary, working culture, welfare, safety and academic matters.

TACT has three grievance redressal committees to hear the day-to-day concerns of students, staff and parents, and to resolve them in time, fairly and in confidence.
Grievances and issues of the community not falling under the Women or SC/ST segments: harassment, salary, working culture, welfare, safety and academic matters.
Grievances and issues of women students and staff only, including sexual harassment, handled by the Internal Complaints Committee.
Grievances and issues related to the SC and ST community only, for students and staff.
In person, in writing, by telephone, or online using the form below. Every complaint must carry your identification (ID number).
The grievance cell enters it in the grievance register with a reference, along with any documents you attach.
The committee meets at least once a month (the Women’s committee at least twice if needed) and reviews each case.
The outcome is conveyed to you in writing. If you are not satisfied you can appeal, for SC/ST cases to the university Ombudsman.
Written complaints can be dropped in the complaint box at the office. For the Women’s committee, boxes are on the ground floor of the 2nd block (students) and on the first floor in front of the ETC department (staff).
Registered within 24 hours, heard within 2 working days, decision communicated within 6 working days. An appeal can be made within 6 working days of the decision.
Choose the committee that fits your concern and fill in the form. You will receive a reference number as soon as it is submitted.
