Empowerment

Faculty who grow are faculty who do research.

Faculty empowerment

Harnessing unique talents and skills

Empowering faculty is essential to academic success. The Chief Mentor of TGI believes in a model of empowerment through professional development, drawing faculty into a culture of academic, industrial and societal research.

Quality improvement is a key to success in higher technical education, and it is not possible without empowering faculty to use their unique talents and skills and grow professionally. TGI does this through Trident Research, by introducing new schemes and scope from time to time.
