Good management schools use group tasks, group discussions and problem-solving workshops as teaching methods. These are established techniques for developing the innate confidence of individuals.
Students who join the MBA and MCA courses at Trident come from different backgrounds. They are alert in thinking and analysis but are often inhibited in expression, so it is necessary to develop creativity, leadership, analytical thinking and presentation ability.
