Every building covered
Back-up power is provided to all buildings by generators. The institute has its own transformer and every building is connected to a high-power generator. Voltage stabilisers are installed in almost all laboratories, and every laboratory runs on an online UPS. Water pumps are connected to the generator for uninterrupted water supply.

Two Kirloskar DG sets
- 250 KVAKirloskar DG set
- 125 KVAKirloskar DG set
Both sets are under an annual maintenance contract with M/s Gangpur Sales & Services, Bhubaneswar.

- Internet and Wi-Fi 1000 Mbps on two leased lines, a 10G fibre backbone and campus-wide Wi-Fi.
- Water Quality Aquaguard purifiers, regularly cleaned tanks and twice-yearly testing.
- Sanitation Daily cleaning by a contractor and a 100 KLD sewage treatment plant.
